Creative Direction and Design
I wrote and designed this video to bring a little more humanity and personality to our careers page. With no budget, I storyboarded the concept in a roughly 40-layer Illustrator file and handed it off to a talented designer on my team, along with a collection of employee-submitted snapshots.
He also happened to be a self-taught video editor, and his creativity and resourcefulness brought the whole thing to life. A great example of what a small team can accomplish with a good idea and a streamlined process.
